Meet The Team

Ashley Cooley

Ashley is a Perinatal & Child Health Educator and Infant Sleep Specialist with a background in Health Promotion. As the founder of Birth Baby Sleep and host of the Bringing Up Baby podcast, Ashley supports families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years with evidence-based education and practical, real-world solutions.

Her work includes prenatal classes, newborn care workshops, sleep consulting, and ongoing support through the Bringing Up Baby VIP membership. A mom of three herself, Ashley blends academic expertise with lived experience to help parents feel more confident, less overwhelmed, and better rested as they navigate the journey of parenthood.

Lindsey Davidson

Lindsey is a New Parent Educator, marketing professional, podcast host, and mom of two. She brings a unique mix of personal experience and professional expertise to her work, along with a genuine passion for supporting new families.

Lindsey helps eliminate some of the stress and uncertainty that often come with bringing home a baby—leaving new parents and caregivers feeling informed, confident, and empowered.

She’s also the host of Momchats Unfiltered, a podcast she originally co-hosted with Ashley! This year, Lindsey is taking the lead behind the mic, continuing the show’s mission of keeping parenting honest, supportive, and refreshingly real.

Evey Hornbeck

Evey is a trained doula based in Halifax, with a deep passion for supporting women’s health and guiding families through the incredible transition into parenthood. She has spent years walking alongside expecting parents—offering calm, compassionate support during pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

After welcoming her daughter in 2024, Evey gained a whole new perspective on early parenthood. Experiencing the joys and challenges firsthand has only deepened her empathy and fueled her commitment to helping others feel more prepared, supported, and confident in their own journeys.

Now, Evey is thrilled to be joining the Birth Baby Sleep team as a prenatal educator. She’s excited to combine her professional training with her personal experience to help expecting families feel informed, empowered, and truly ready for what’s to come.
