You've been preparing for this for the past 9 months or so (or maybe much longer than this).
You've taken the prenatal classes and were super well-informed about your labour & delivery. You even received some top-notch info about newborns and got a glimpse of what being home with a new baby might be like.
And now you're home with Baby... Recovering from the birth, trying to grab some sleep when you can all while mixing formula all day or while experiencing sore nipples as Baby works on their latch.
And you find yourself second-guessing what you're doing...
Is Baby getting enough milk? Why does Baby wake up every time we put them down? Are we doing some wrong?
Remember driving home from the hospital? I didn't feel like the car seat was installed properly, maybe we should get that checked...
I'm worrying a lot about what we're doing and if we're doing things right.
This is HARD and I think we could use more information to help us feel good about what we're doing. I'm just too tired to even know where to start...

Forget Google. You don't have the time or the patience to sift through all the information that you'll read. There's some good stuff out there, but so much of the rest of it is completely unhelpful and can even be damaging to your mental health.
Instead, how about getting together with a certified specialist that can help you learn more about your baby, gain more confidence in your parenting and get as much sleep as you can through it all?!
